We are excited to announce Sea Witch Botanicals' Affiliate Success Program (ASP). It's important to us that members of ASP uphold our values of sustainability and social equity.

What is affiliate marketing? 

Affiliate marketing is where a blogger or influencer shares a link or coupon code which directs readers to a website. When a reader becomes a customer, that link or code is used to indicate that the customer came from a specific source. The "affiliate" is then rewarded with payment, product, or a gift card. 

This is a common practice in the industry, but affiliates must be sure to let their viewers know that links and posts are sponsored. Sea Witch Botanicals expects that affiliates understand the laws around sponsored posts and are sure to let their audience know when a promotion is, in fact, a paid promotion. 

Who can become an affiliate marketer? 

We want to ensure that any partner of Sea Witch Botanicals upholds our values of sustainability and social equity. There must also be a significant, proven level of readership for your posts. Affiliates are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on how many slots we have available and the overall public matching of our values. 

Commission is a percentage of each verified sale, and scales based on your audience size. 

What should I do if I see an affiliate who does not uphold the values of Sea Witch Botanicals?

Please reach out to us and let us know if you see a partner who is spouting off some racist, homophobic, or climate-change-denying BS.
