Goldberry Solid Perfume

The scent is delightful. I love the inspiration and name as a Lord of the Rings fan! The sustainability of the product is how I discovered this brand, and I'm excited to be a solid perfume convert.

I do enjoy this solid perfume (5 stars for quality), however the scent is slightly different than I expected. 4-stars because I like it more than I love it. It's very lemongrass-forward; It is light and very spring/early-summery, but I was expecting a heavier balance from the "deeper" scents (bergamont, fir needle, frankincense), than the overwhelming citrusy scents of the lemongrass/orange. I wear it most days layered under a cypress-heavy spray-perfume I own; the scents mix nicely in my nose. It's a very uplifting scent and I do enjoy using it, but I would not purchase it again.

I liked the texture and feel of it- I have to say though - it kind of smells like lemon pledge furniture polish. I don’t love it. But that doesn’t mean I won’t try something different. I just picked the wrong scent for me.

Thank you SeaWitch family, you have managed to create the scent that feels like “me”. It’s bright and citrusy but warms up on the skin and is so cozy. It’s the embodiment of sun-kissed.

This scent is both refreshing and comforting. The bright citrus notes are mellowed by the earthy woody tones in this perfume. It's a perfect scent for summertime or for those winter moments when you want to be reminded of happy summer days.

I love this scent and the solid perfume. I use it as both a perfume but also I keep it with me to help ground myself when I’m having an anxiety attack or if I am dissociating. I highly recommend it, for perfume but also for a great LOTR reference.

I've been wearing this in the morning as an energizing scent, it's not too overwhelming or cloying.
Feels like napping in some lemongrass stalks on a nice summers day.

I got the rose and lavender toner mist spray, variety pack of incense, and goldberry solid perfume. All of them smell absolutely lovely and work amazing. I also adore how all of their packaging is Earth conscious.

My wife has always been bothered by the smell of synthetic scents found in mainstream perfumes, and she is uncomfortable with the ingredients they often use. I got her the Goldberry solid perfume for Christmas and she loves it. It has just the right level on pungence and it lasts a decent while. We love it.

I love this solid perfume! It lasts a good while and changes scents as it goes. The scent is a bit citrusy to begin with, but it mellows into a warm scent reminiscent of walking in the summer woods.

I am OBSESSED with lemongrass scents and so this is definitely my FAVORITE perfume! I will definitely be repurchasing!

Did not know what to expect with this particular scent. For me, I am wholeheartedly reminded of those little Lemonhead candies we grew up with as kids. It is a very nostalgic and fun perfume. I personally love it.

This is a great fresh scent. I carry it in my purse so I can freshen up mid day at work. I work with food so don't want a scent that overwhelms my customers. This fits in with the environment and works with my chemistry.

Love the tin and size. Very uplifting scent. Have to reapply about twice a day but the scent will still be there if done once, just not as strong. Seems like it will last a while.

I love this solid perfume! It’s natural smelling without being too ephemeral, and fruity without smelling like candy. It lasts all day and the smell just makes me happy!

This is a very soft gentle scent that doesn't overpower. just a nice whiff throughout the day. My body chemistry changes the scent of many perfumes and oils (usually not for the better) but the Goldberry solid perfume didn't change.

Scented with my favorite patchouli, they all blend well together naturally. Love their incense too

It goes on easy and leaves a lightweight citrus scent that was really pleasing.

I really, really wanted to love this. I'm a huge Tolkien nerd, and have never seen perfumes based on the characters, let alone Goldberry, who is one of my favorites and is mostly not known since she was cut from every screen adaptation. Unfortunately the orange in this is less of a note and more of a blaring trumpet blast. It's so strong that no other scent can come through, and it just smells like orange peel, even after warming on the skin for over an hour. If you like strong orange zest, then this is probably for you, but just be aware that it is very orange heavy. The quality of the perfume itself is amazing, but this scent sadly doesn't work for me.

Love this solid perfume by Sea Witch Botanicals! The scent is vibrant and energetic.

I can't even believe how good this smells and I was a little unsure because I'm not a huge fan of bergamot but WOW! I LOVE this scent! I'm actually using this on the ends of my hair more than as a perfume. (though my hair smelss delicious now) I don't shampoo everyday and my ends tend to get dried out but I gently smooth this magicalness into the ends and voila! My ends are moisturized and not the least bit weighed down. It's so perfect! Looking forward to buying other scents!

I really like this solid perfume. It smells a little strong in the tin, but the tiniest scrape rubbed into your skin will leave you smelling fresh and sweet.
